Changelog/June 18, 2026

Files: every candidate document in one place

Files

Documents for a candidate used to be scattered. A resume in the application form here, a certificate buried in an email thread there. The new Files tab on the application drawer pulls them all into one place, with the tools to keep them tidy.

Everything in one tab

  • See every file at a glance. Each file shows its name, size, date, and where it came from — an application-form upload or an email attachment.

  • Download in one click. Grab any document the moment you need it.

  • Rename for clarity. Give a file a clearer name than whatever it was uploaded as.

Organize into buckets

  • Group related files. Sort files into named buckets like "Background check", "Signed offer", or "Portfolio".

  • Buckets live at the job level. Create one from a candidate's Files tab and it's available for every candidate on that job — the create step makes that scope explicit.

  • Bucketing is optional. Files you haven't sorted stay in an "Unbucketed" group.

  • Rearrange anytime. Rename, reorder, and delete buckets freely. Deleting a bucket just un-buckets its files — nothing is lost.

Email attachments, automatically

  • They just show up. When a candidate emails you a document, it appears in the Files tab on its own, tagged as coming from email.

  • No clutter. Inline signature images, logos, and tracking pixels are filtered out automatically.

  • No duplicates. The same attachment repeated across an email thread is only added once.
