You can now hook up your own Fathom Analytics account to your Backrow workspace. Once enabled, Fathom will start counting page views on your careers page, individual job postings, and application pages, all with the privacy-friendly, cookie-free tracking Fathom is known for.
How to enable it
Open Settings / Integrations as a workspace owner (or any teammate with the Customize workspace permission).
Toggle Fathom Analytics on.
Paste in your Fathom Site ID (you can find it in Fathom under Settings / Sites).
Save.
A note on ad blockers
Some browsers and ad blockers will block the Fathom script before it has a chance to load. That means the visitor counts reported in Fathom can be lower than what's actually happening on your site. This is true for any analytics tool, we just wanted to flag it so the numbers don't surprise you.
Want to switch it off?
Flip the toggle off and your site ID is cleared immediately. No script is injected, no further data flows to Fathom.
