Today, we're shipping three new controls for your public job pages: apply-only mode, hide posted date, and invisible spam protection powered by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Every hiring team has its own idea of what the public job page should — and shouldn't — show. This release adds three small but frequently requested controls that give you more say over how a role appears to the outside world.
Apply-only mode
When apply-only mode is enabled, the public job description page is disabled and visitors will only see the application form. Use this when you host the job description on your own website — your careers page links straight to the Backrow application without duplicating the job description.
Hide posted date
When enabled, the "Posted on" date is hidden on the public job posting and the job listing. The application deadline, if you've set one, will still be shown — so candidates know when to apply, without seeing exactly how long the role has been live.
This is useful for evergreen roles, roles you've reopened, or any time the posted date isn't a signal you want candidates to weigh.
Spam protection by Cloudflare Turnstile
Protect your job applications from spam and bots using invisible verification. When enabled, applicants are silently verified before submission — no puzzles, no "click the traffic lights," no friction for real candidates.
Spam protection is powered by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs.
Where to find it
You can find all three settings in Job Settings page. Toggle them on or off per job; changes publish instantly to the public careers page.
